inspiration

A man who now is gone, but the words and the lessons he taught are still and will always be alive. Sir Randy Pausch touched millions of people all over the world and I am one of them. He might have been an inspiration to Sir Steve Jobs who recently died because of the same Pancreatic cancer He had. to the two souls and all the other who needs my/our prayer may you our Lord grant them eternal peace, happiness and love in your kingdom where there is no pain and other earthly angst. only joy under you arms.

Skradin (Latin: Scardona) is a small town in the Šibenik-Knin county of Croatia it has a population about 3,986 (2001 census). It is located near theKrka river and at the entrance to the Krka National Park, 17 km (11 mi) from Šibenik and 100 km (62 mi) from Split. The main attraction of the park, Slapovi Krke, is a series of waterfalls, the biggest of which Skradinski buk was named after Skradin.

 It was an Illyrian settlement (Scardona) on the boundary between the Delmati and the Liburnian tribes. It was the capital of the Liburnians. It was better known as a Roman town, as the administrative and military centre of the region. During the migration of the nations it was destroyed, but in the 9th century Croatians moved here. It has had its present name since the 10th century. It was one of the seats of the Bribir Šubič family. Between 1522 and 1684 it was ruled by the Ottoman Turks, then again up to 1794 by Republic of Venice. Later, it was occupied by Napoleon as part of the French Empire, then Austria-Hungary. In time it lost its importance as the centre of the region, which shifted to Šibenik, and so it stagnated (the bishopric was abandoned in 1828).

Awesome Surprise

I guess I already got the most rare gift I ever had. The means that was used was so unlikely. It was an awesome surprise indeed. They said the best things in life are free, I certainly agree on that this gift of friendship I never thought I would have is the concrete example for it.
 A pendant from the Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral in Marseilles, France was delivered via air mail to me on the first wednesday of May oH Mother Mary I can feel your love..thank you.. It was handed to me by the Captain himself saying good to know you got a friend in France huh.. amazing.. less than that I couldn't find any word to describe it. It is always a nice feeling to have a friend who has a heart of a friend, I may think I couldn't be the best and I barely don't know what I've done why there is a person who made me feel this way. I am not more of a sweet person but Rebecca my dear friend I consider you as one of the best. simply God's wonderful gift for me. I found the best of friendship in you, my big sister, my adviser, my spirit- lifter, the opposite of my opinions, my best buddy..
Looking forward for another years of friendship to share with you.. :)

We port right across the castle where Socrates had spent his coffee before..haha..huge and high gates and walls is the main attraction of the place. Great paintings souvenir shops and stores were inside. Lots of tourists enjoys the place and oH great restaurants were also present in the area.. Harry Potter used some part of the place for the movie..-that is Rhodes.. :)

When I say Paros first things that comes my mind is the white streets and of course the Windmill..great place to stroll around lots of souvenir shops and great architectural places. Dined at one of the tavernas in the streets together with Richa and Kuya Ronald.. la vie est belle.. :) to God be the glory..

• Had my first visit in the famous Acropolis.. the ruins.. :)
• It was a cold yet sunny day when we decided to go in Acropolis Ericha was with me.. fun.. :)
• Took train from Piraeus until Thissio from there we went for a walk going to the gates of Acropolis.. while at walk we enjoyed the amazing sceneries along the way...Greece is beautiful indeed.. :) 
• Found the remains of the great architecture from old ages which I've only read from books before..such an amazing blessing to witnessed all those wonders.. Thank God.. :)
• Went along with so many fellow tourist in the place and enjoyed talking some from them..and oww someone noticed my shoes, asked where I bought it..she might wish to have one..haha.. :)
• Right after Acropolis we went down to Syntagma and witnessed the guards on the tomb of their so called hero or whatsoever. we enjoyed watching them as they performed...birds adds up to the attraction.. c00l.. :)
• Wonderful full of experience day we had...to God be the glory!

• Stayed in Genoa for about two weeks without any guest on board... relaXEd.. :)
• Seen M/Y Helios and amazed how much they take each month for their salary ( for filipinos huh.) :)
• Had the best ice cream craves together with my fella craver..haha.. :)
• Best huge Pizza shared with my beloved friends.
• Best shopping and stroll at Fiumara.
• Been in Serra Valle where factory prices for the leading brands can be found. c00l. :)
• Took the train together with Capt. George and Gregoris a bit amazed how the train works as it opens its door for exit..haha..big secret.. :)

somehow so true..

It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are a lot of things about yourself that you didn't know and may or may not like. You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two, but then get scared because you barely know where you are now.

You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones. What you do not realize is that they are realizing that too and are not really cold or catty or mean or insincere, but that they are as confused as you.

You look at your job. It is not even close to what you thought you would be doing or maybe you are looking for one and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and are scared.

You miss the comforts of college, of groups, of socializing with the same people on a constant basis. But then you realize that maybe they weren't so great after all.

You are beginning to understand yourself and what you want and do not want. Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging a bit more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and add things to your list of what is acceptable and what is not. You are insecure and then secure. You laugh and cry with the greatest force of your life. You feel alone and scared and confused. Suddenly change is the enemy and you try and cling on to the past with dear life but soon realize that the past is drifting further and further away and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward.

You get your heart broken and wonder how someone you loved could do such damage to you or you lay in bed and wonder why you can't meet anyone decent enough to get to know better. You love someone but maybe love someone else too and cannot figure out why you are doing this because you are not a bad person.

One night stands and random hook ups start to look cheap and getting wasted and acting like an idiot starts to look pathetic. You go through the same emotions and questions over and over and talk with your friends about the same topics because you cannot seem to make a decision.

You worry about loans and money and the future and making a life for yourself and while wining the race would be great, right now you'd just like to be a contender!

What you may not realize is that everyone reading this relates to it. We are in our best of times and our worst of times, trying as hard as we can to figure this whole thing out.
